Things To Note :

A Refundable Security deposit of  ₹5000 will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to. This security deposit will also be utilised against any damage to the property.

  • Check out 11:00 am.

Rate does not include any meals, but can be catered to through Apna Khaana  (Fixed Veg and Non veg meals for the day / Ala carte) Or through online orders.

  • Veg & Non Veg Barbecue available on per kg basis. 

Pinewood villa is a SELF HELP Villa, please feel free to HELP YOURSELF, our Property Caretaker will ONLY be there to assist you. 

  • Cooking of meals & using of gas  would attract an additional cost of Rs. 500/-
  • Jacuzzi Temperature that will be provided – Minimum 35° C
  • Pet Stay Can be Allowed On Prior Request on additional cost

Payment Terms : 50% Advance for booking confirmation & balance amount to be paid on ARRIVAL. 

  • For safety reasons pool would be accessible till 10 pm ( strictly) in the evening. 
  • Outside Sound System Strictly Prohibited After 10 Pm evening
  • Valid Id proof to be submitted at the time of check in. 
  • The Lonavala Electricity Board at times does some amount of load shedding & power outages. These are strictly not in our hands. Inverter is available for selective lights & fans which will provide backup of 3-4 Hrs.
  • No narcotics activity is permitted on the premises. Any person or persons caught using or selling narcotics or illegal / dangerous drugs will be prosecuted.
  • Food and drinks not allowed in the swimming pool
  • Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi to be used at your own risk.
  • Toddlers below age 3 not allowed in the pool & Jacuzzi.
  • Do not use Towels / Napkins for cleaning floors.
  • No diving in the swimming pool / jacuzzi 
  • Management will not be held responsible for any mishap or accidents.
  • Management will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged valuables or belongings.
  • Fire extinguisher and First aid kit available.
  • A digital copy of government ID will be stored digitally for record keeping.
